The Barrie Construction Association will host a lunch and learn about Small Claims Court on March 21 at the BCA headquarters, 200 Brock St.
Cramer Legal Services will provide members with insights on topics such as the uses of the small claims court, the Limitations Act, abandoning claims, name searches (and who to sue), how to file a claim, build a case and achieve a settlement, and other topics.
Admission is free for BCA members who register before March 17. There is a $25.00 fee for non-members.
