There will be a Lunch and Learn on June 21 at the Barrie Construction Association about drug and alcohol testing.
The program presented by Sherrard Kuzz employment and labour lawyers will explore the pitfalls and challenges of introducing a drug and alcohol testing program, and the rules regarding post-incident testing, and the possible need to accommodate relating to human rights regulations.
Registration is free for members and $25.00 for non-members.
