On Saturday, June 27, Kelly Smith (City of Orillia), Linda House (past Orillia and District Construction Association (ODCA) executive administrator), Kat Warwick (Steenhof/ODCA executive administrator), Wayne Rowbotham (Enertest Corp.), Tim Leatherdale (Leatherdale Construction), Craig Shelswell (Sheswell Excavating and Sons), Meagan Hawkins (Steenhof) Craig Basaraba (Basaraba Construction) and Craig Lapointe (CRS) and family, joined in in to help build the ,arquee fence for Camp Couchiching Community Hub building.
“It was a very hot day and we were unfortunately, unable to finish,” Warwick wrote in a note to members. “The ODCA would like to finish this project for the camp before the camp opens and I am suggesting two evenings of work.”
She has invited members to “come out and help between 5:30 p.m. and dusk to complete this project on Wednesday June 29 and Tuesday July 5.
