Wallwin Integrated Systems’ client partnerships extend beyond voice and data technologies

Barrie-based Wallwin Integrated Systems applies its expertise in cabling, phone systems and security systems, with a strong customer service commitment, to support projects and clients across Ontario.

The company has provided network cabling and systems for small businesses for more than 15 years. Over time that focus has grown to include specialty projects including auto dealerships, school boards and government facilities, and the company’s capabilities have expanded as technology has grown and adapted.

Systems support specialist Tami Smith says Wallwin is committed to staying abreast of the latest technologies to offer proven, advanced solutions. “Where we started out offering phone systems for example, we now also provide hosted phone systems that integrate into other business processes. Our security systems now include high resolution HD cameras and other cutting-edge technologies such as video analytics.”

Smith says personalized service and a strong commitment to quick response times has supported Wallwin’s goal of building relationships.  The companies tag line: “Your Systems. Our Passion” reflects Wallwin’s approach solving customer’s needs.

“We pride ourselves in offering products and services that help contribute to a company’s bottom line, rather than just being an added expense,” she said. “We like to think of our customers as business partners and only put forward solutions that provide maximum value to our clients.”

She says many of the company’s clients start off with one service and then over time, move more of their requirements to Wallwin.

“Our customer base is in Barrie and surrounding areas including the GTA, be we also serve clients outside that core service area whenever the need arises. Our central office is located in Barrie so we are able to roll out trucks quickly to serve our customers’ needs,” she said.

The company’s 24 hour a day service is not restricted to clients with products Wallwin has provided. That, Smith says, is not something many companies will provide.

The company also has a BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service International Inc.) RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designers) on staff. Those awarded with the RCDD designation have demonstrated knowledge in the design, implementation, integration and project management of telecommunications and data communications technology.

Smith says Wallwin partners in pretty much anything technologically related.
