BCA announces training courses

The Barrie Construction Association (BCA) has announced upcoming training programs, including:

  • Working at Heights – Jan. 15, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Elevating Platform – Jan. 26, 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p..m.
  • Confined Space – Jan. 26, 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Standard First Aid – Feb. 1 – 2nd, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Emergency First Aid – Feb. 1, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Counterbalance Forklift – Feb. 5, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • WHMIS – Feb. 10, 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

All classes are held at the BCA located at 200 Brock St, Barrie, unless otherwise specified.

The BCA also says it is holding Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) training. Some of these courses are free to IHSA members.
