MPP Garth Dunlop and Orillia’s chief building official Kelly Smith will be guest speakers at the Orillia and District Construction Association’s (ODCA) annual general meeting on Jan. 28.
The meeting will take place at the Grape and Olive, 400 Memorial Dr. in Orillia, from 6 to 9 p.m. ODCA members have received invitations by email.
