Division 15 Plumbing, a full service plumbing and mechanical contractor serving the Barrie and Simcoe County areas, has partnered in building the new Phoenix Building Components’ facility.
“2016 marks our tenth Anniversary and we’re proud to be part of this project as we have been neighbours of Phoenix Building Components in New Lowell since our inception in 2006,” said Division 15 vice president Katherine Van Leeuwen.
She says she is excited to see a local company doing so well and choosing to expand and remain in the region.
Division 15 had helped design the new building’s plumbing and HVAC and Van Leeuwen says the installation is progressing smoothly and on schedule.
“We are honoured to have been invited by Bertram Construction to be the plumbing and mechanical lead on their design build team for this project,” she said. “We have worked with Bertram on many projects over the past decade and know that their team of site supers, project managers, field and office staff are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in design build construction.”
Working alongside Bertram, she says she knows the project will be well organized and that every trade on site will be treated as a valued team member from start to finish. “That always makes for a seamless solution for the owner of the building.”
