The next Barrie Construction Association (BCA) Lunch and Learn deals with Bill 132 — the Sexual Violence and Harassment Action Plan Act.

The new law places additional responsibilities on employers to deal with and investigate sexual harassment, and adds new powers for the Ministry of Labour.
